FAQs

Our hours depend on our schedule. On show nights, we open at the advertised door time. On non-show nights, we typically open at 6:00 PM.

The best and safest way to purchase tickets is through this website.  We exclusively use eTix unless the show has an outside promoter, but 90%+ percent of the time it will be from Etix. Buyer beware when purchasing tickets from reseller sites.

If a show is not sold out, you can buy general admission tickets at the door.

You can purchase tickets in-person at our eTix kiosk anytime during normal business hours or after the doors open on show nights. This does not include tickets to private events.

If a show has been cancelled, your payment will be automatically refunded ASAP. Otherwise, all sales are final.

If you can’t make the show, the best way to sell your tickets is by creating a post in the Radio Room Upcoming Events Facebook group

We do not have a mandatory clear bag policy. However, we strictly limit the size and type of bags permitted. Bags and purses measuring 12”x12” or smaller are allowed. NO backpacks are permitted. Camera bags are restricted to approved and credentialed photographers ONLY.

We do! Our menu varies depending on the show and current weekly specials. The kitchen is typically open until 10pm unless otherwise noted.

We have multiple free parking options, though on busy nights (large shows) or if you plan to enjoy our cocktail and beer menu, we strongly recommend using Uber, Lyft, or carpooling with a designated driver.

The spaces directly in front of our building fill quickly. Additional parking options include spaces in front of Ottaray Raw Bar,Trek Bikes, and the public street parking along Shoppers Drive and Antrim Drive.

Please respect all surrounding private business lots and never park in a space marked “Private Lot.” You can view all approved areas on our parking map.

Most of our events are All Ages unless specifically noted on the ticket or event page.
However, we have non-negotiable safety restrictions:

  • Children ages 5 and under are strictly prohibited from attending shows, even if accompanied by a parent.
  • Children ages 16 or younger must bring and wear ear protection, and be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. No exceptions.

Please always check the ticket details; if an event is explicitly marked 18+ or 21+, those restrictions apply.

Our standard setup for all major shows is STANDING ROOM ONLY. If an event deviates from this, the seating information will be clearly specified on the ticket page.

  • Reserved Options: For certain events, you may purchase a reserved table or seat directly through our ticketing system.

  • General Seating: If we do offer general admission seating (typically for smaller acoustic acts), those seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Reach out with questions/requests regarding ADA needs for specific shows.

  • We encourage cell phone photos and video. Tag @radioroomgreenville on Instagram, The Radio Room on Facebook, or @radioroomgvl on Tiktok.
  • Only photographers approved by the venue or the artist are allowed to use removable lens cameras during performances. If you are approved, please bring your ID to will-call upon arrival to pick up your photo pass. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY is permitted and only the FIRST THREE SONGS are allowed to be photographed from the pit.

Dress however you like, just make sure all of your bits and pieces are covered. No face coverings are allowed. For special occasions, such as Halloween, guests will be asked to remove any mask covering their face at the door while checking their ID.

We do not allow re-entry. Guests are welcome to use our back patio to smoke. Those with limited mobility (wheelchair, crutches) can use the outdoor space beside the left front entrance.

Any lost or found items can be turned in at the door (will-call), the bar, or our merch area (if manned). If you are looking for a lost item, please check with a RR employee at one of those spaces. If you have already left for the evening, contact us at info@radioroomgreenville.com and leave a detailed message including your name, a description of the lost item, and the best way to contact you. If we find the item, we will let you know ASAP.

490 Sellable Capacity, 220 Seated

The space is available for event rental as well as concerts! For performances, fill out our booking form here! Tell us a sentence or two about yourself and link us to your music and socials. We don’t accept physical media, so a link to your music is best. Keep in mind, weekends typically go to larger acts who have played the market before.

To drink or attend an age-restricted show, you must have a government-issued photo ID — state ID, passport, military ID, etc. No screenshots, printouts, or DMV paperwork. Only the real deal gets in.

The Radio Room is a fun, safe space. Anyone who makes it not fun or safe will be asked to leave.
