F.A.Q.

Q: Do you have food?

A: We do! Scroll down to see our full menu & check out our specials board in house that changes regularly. Kitchen is open 6pm-10pm on weekdays and until 11pm on weekends!

Q: Where do I park?

A: We have a small parking lot in front of Radio Room, but it tends to fill up quickly. If you can’t find parking there, there is additional parking at the Dollar General lot (just don’t park in the spots against the building until after 7pm) and parking in the gravel lot at the corner of Rutherford Rd and Ashley Ave.

Q: Are shows all ages?

A: All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.

Q: Do you have seating for shows?

A: Shows are standing room only, unless otherwise indicated. We do put out chairs for smaller/acoustic shows, but as a general rule all electric/full band shows are standing room only.

Q:How do I get refunds for tickets?

A: If it’s a show that has been cancelled, your refunds will be coming to you ASAP. We don’t typically do refunds for tickets unless there’s been an error (you accidentally bought tickets twice etc.), Typically the best way to sell your tickets if you can’t make the show is in the FB event for the show itself. (beware of bots!)

Q:How do I book at the Radio Room?

A: Fill out our contact form available on this website! Tell us a sentence or two about yourself and link us to your music and socials. We don't accept physical media, so a link to your music is best. Keep in mind, weekends typically go to larger acts who have played the market before.

Q: Can I buy tickets in person to avoid fees?

A: Unfortunately, since we are a small venue, we do not have a physical box office. The only way to purchase tickets in advance is online, check out our calendar for event info and ticket links. If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase at the door the day of show with a $1 convenience fee for card transactions.
